Follow-Up Visit Pricing Options
All visits (initial and follow-up) include any combination of acupuncture and supportive modalities such as needling, cupping, e-stim, etc., as clinically appropriate.

A 60-minute session tailored to your needs that day. Ideal for patients who prefer to schedule visits individually or whose care plan is still evolving.
A short series of 60-minute sessions designed for more focused care. Recommended for recent injuries, flare-ups, or clearly defined concerns that are expected to respond well within a limited number of treatments.
Available after your initial visit and consultation.
A longer course of care intended for ongoing or more complex concerns.
60-minutes sessions. Recommended for chronic or recurring issues, deeper pattern work, or patients interested in maintenance and long-term support.

Appointment Fine Print
Care Package Policies

Care packages are available for purchase after your new patient visit, once we’ve had an opportunity to assess your condition and discuss appropriate care options.

Packages may be purchased at the conclusion of your initial visit if recommended and desired.

All care packages expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Care packages represent a commitment to a course of care, not a guarantee of specific results. While individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed, recommendations are made thoughtfully and in your best interest based on clinical findings and response to treatment.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Because your appointment time is reserved just for you, I require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a follow-up appointment.
This allows me to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Late cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the visit price (half the amount as your scheduled visit). This applies to single visits as well as visits booked within a package.

Arriving late: If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment to finish on time for the next patient. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the visit may be considered a no-show and subject to the late cancellation/no-show fee.

Emergencies: As a mother of two young children, I understand that life can be unpredictable. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If your appointment is in less than 24 hours, please text me as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.

Illness: If you’re feeling unwell, please know that Traditional Chinese Medicine can be effective in supporting recovery from many acute illnesses. If you choose to keep your appointment, we can focus that session on helping alleviate your symptoms and support your return to health.
That said, you are never obligated to keep an appointment if you are ill. If you feel too unwell to attend or are experiencing symptoms that make in-person care inappropriate, please contact me (text preferred) as soon as possible so we can determine the next steps.
